The Retail Network Marketing Coordinator supports offline member growth initiatives under the Director of Growth Marketing and Brand. Responsibilities include managing branch marketing merchandise, coordinating with vendors, liaising between branches and marketing, overseeing member growth projects, and driving member growth through our retail network.

Responsibilities
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency of branding across all branches, maintaining the integrity of Suncoast's brand identity. Work with compliance, business units and product teams when necessary to ensure accuracy
  • Campaign Logistics: Handle the logistics for branch-specific marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis
  • Liaison Role: Act as the primary point of contact between branches and the marketing department, facilitating clear communication and collaboration
  • Manage Marketing Merchandise: Oversee the procurement, distribution, and inventory of branch marketing merchandise
  • Project Managers and manages marketing projects related to the opening of new branches or the relocation of existing ones and retail branch marketing requests ensuring all marketing aspects are covered
  • Retail Network Member Growth: Leads & support the marketing efforts to drive localized and branch marketing efforts across the Suncoast footprint
  • Vendor Coordination: Work closely with vendors that support marketing initiatives to ensure timely and effective delivery of services and products
  • Maintain knowledge and understandinment: Suppg of current trends, laws, and issues affecting the area of expertise
  • Attend educational events to increase professional knowledge
  • Complete annual compliance and info security training to understand employees' role in maintaining effective compliance and security programs
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least four years experience in marketing support or a similar role
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools
  • Able to travel to all Suncoast locations
  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences
  • Ability to prioritize tasks by effectively managing competing and changing priorities to meet deadlines
  • Accurate, detail-oriented, and organized with task management
  • Ability to analyze and resolve difficult and often complex problems or situations
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with members, staff, vendors, and government regulators
