Overview
A Multimedia Designer is needed to support the creative execution of visual materials across a wide range of retail environments, including physical locations and digital platforms. This role primarily focuses on digital media but may also involve print design. The designer will be responsible for producing motion graphics, animations, digital displays, and print materials for both individual and multi-location retail campaigns.

Multimedia Designer Duties
- Design and produce multimedia content, including motion graphics, animations, and digital assets for in-store displays.
- Collaborate with creative leads and visual merchandising teams to develop compelling concepts and visuals.
- Prepare assets for production, including print and fabrication-ready files.
- Support campaigns ranging from single-location to global initiatives.
- Contribute to the visual execution of windows, digital signage, and print graphics.
- Participate in hands-on production tasks such as cutting, printing, and assembling materials.
- Follow creative direction while aligning with brand standards and project goals.
- Manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Multimedia Designer Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in motion graphics and production design for print and digital creative.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio showcasing multimedia and print work.
- Understanding of video content development, storyboarding, and print preparation.
- Familiarity with digital display hardware and best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and overnight shifts as needed - this will not be frequent, but will be needed sometime for signage installs that can't be done during regular business hours.
- Comfortable in a hands-on production environment and capable of lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred:
- 5+ years of relevant design experience.
- Experience with 3D rendering and concept design.
- Familiarity with various digital display formats and large-format printing.
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field (or equivalent experience).
