As a Retail Merchandising Supervisor, you will play a key role in providing in-store merchandising support to meet customer demands. Your tasks will include building displays and end caps, resetting shelves, managing product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities for both stores and suppliers. We are looking for someone who: - Enjoys engaging with customers and team members in a friendly and approachable manner
- Is 18 years or older
- Can handle physical tasks including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Has reliable transportation to and from the work location
- Possesses 1-2 years of merchandising experience
- Has experience in leadership and training
- Is comfortable using a smartphone or tablet to record work completion
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Is a motivated self-starter with a strong focus on action and results
- Can work independently while also being effective in team collaboration
- Adheres to safety protocols in a retail environment
