Our client, an integrated media agency, is looking to bring on an experienced Retail Media Network (RMN) Search Specialist with experience in SKAI, specifically.This role can be 100% remote, EST/CST hours, and set to start as soon as possible.

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced RMN Search Specialist to manage and optimize paid search campaigns across retail media platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in platforms like Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, and Target Roundel, along with deep knowledge of keyword strategy, campaign pacing, and reporting. A Skai Certification is required, demonstrating advanced skills in retail search management and optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid search / sponsored product campaigns across retail media platforms, including Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Criteo and more.

• Oversee retail search ad management, ensuring campaigns align with client goals and achieve KPIs such as ROAS and sales lift.

• Perform daily campaign pacing and optimizations, including managing budgets, keyword bids, bid strategies, bid multipliers, and placement adjustments.

• Pull search terms reports regularly to evaluate keyword performance, recommending additions or negatives based on their impact on KPIs.

• Develop and manage budget forecasts, ensuring appropriate allocation of funds across campaigns to maximize performance.

• Aggregate and analyze paid search data for recurring client reports, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.

• Produce and present client-facing reports on a monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual basis, showcasing campaign performance and optimization strategies.

• Work closely with internal teams to align search strategies with overall media objectives and broader campaign goals.

• Stay informed about platform updates, industry trends, and best practices in paid search to continually refine campaign strategies.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns, preferably in retail media environments.

• Skai Certification is required, with proven expertise in leveraging the platform for advanced campaign management.

• Hands-on experience with retail media platforms like Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Roundel, and Criteo.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign data and make data-driven recommendations for optimizations.

• Proficiency in managing budgets, forecasts, and campaign pacing to achieve desired outcomes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience producing and presenting client-facing reports.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
