Position Overview

After growing our team 6x in the past year, we're looking for someone who lives and breathes retail media-and knows how to turn deep ad tech expertise into clear, engaging, and valuable content. If you're a strategic thinker who can write with clarity and authority on Amazon Ads, AMC, and Walmart Connect, let's talk.

This role is based in Bellevue, WA and requires being in-office 4 days/week (Mondays through Thursdays).

What You'll Do
  • Create high-quality written content across blogs, FAQs, product documentation, and customer-facing materials with a focus on Amazon Sponsored Ads and DSP.
  • Translate product specs/technical concepts like AMC custom queries, DSP audience segmentation, and multi-touch attribution into clear, compelling narratives for digital media leaders at brands and agencies.
  • Collaborate with our internal experts (product, sales, customer success) to create strategic content that educates, inspires, and ultimately converts.
  • Write product marketing messaging for new feature releases, capabilities, and partnerships across our Amazon and Walmart solutions.
  • Work with our VP of Marketing and marketing teammates to develop and execute a content calendar aligned with our SEO and demand gen goals.
  • Craft customer case studies that highlight real-world wins.
  • Ensure content stays consistent with our tone, positioning, and voice.
What You'll Bring
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail media advertising, preferably at an agency, adtech platform, or within Amazon Sponsored Ads or DSP.
  • Strong writing skills with examples of written content across web, product, or customer-facing materials.
  • Deep familiarity with Amazon Sponsored Ads, DSP, and AMC (Walmart Connect knowledge is a huge plus).
  • Ability to distill technical concepts into digestible and persuasive content.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally to gather information and turn it into polished content.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, content tools, and CMS platforms is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to stay organized, manage workloads and hit deadlines reliably.
