All about the role:

The Retail Marketing & Sales Supervisorwill be responsible for managing a dynamic team of field-based associates (employees and managed service) whose role is to deliver a consumer-centric product story across all assigned territories to drive sales of Electrolux Major Appliances in-store. This person is dynamic, engaging, capable of leading a team, but also needs to have a strong analytical background to monitor and measure team performance and impact. The supervisor must be willing to quickly adapt in the face of change to solve challenges to ensure optimization of team performance and has an affinity for the use of dashboards, measurements, and providing real-time analysis back to the business to impact results.

The Retail Marketing & Sales Supervisor must be a leader who is well versed in all Electrolux products and brands and is capable of motivating individual contributors to meet their assigned monthly goals.

Where you'll be:

This position will be based in Charlotte NC, this role is hybrid.

What you'll do:

Manages team of in-field associates (internal and external) and must be able to lead a team by assigning tasks to achieve key performance indicators and sales targets

Implements and maintains standard operating procedures to optimize Electrolux and Frigidaire brand performance in retail environments

Measures key performance indicators like sales, growth, market share, and associate satisfaction to identify areas of team improvement

Creates and leverages dashboards and analytics to identify and improve upon KPI measurements and elevates the challenges and improvement areas to Training Manager to impact team performance

Tracks planogram and point of purchase material adherence to ensure our brands are appropriately represented in retail partner locations

Ensure the team is delivering exceptional customer and consumer service at all times.

Oversee the presentation of merchandise on the sales floor, ensuring displays are visually appealing and aligned with company standards.

Implements merchandising strategies to promote specific products and drive sales

Collects and distributes competitive intel and serves as internal liaison for elevating and acting upon findings

Conducts local market visits to analyze the state of the store and assist with required in-store Sales Events and Sales Days

Works closely with Training Leader to build a training calendar based on business objectives for field team to execute

Cultivates deep consumer, product, and brand knowledge with an understanding of varying sales channels in which it can be applied

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline required.

3-5+ years of experience in sales, analytics, marketing

History of use with web-based applications such as Workfront, SmartSheet, and LMS Platforms.

Ability to cultivate and impart knowledge in consumer insights, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.

Must possess a passion for flawless execution, and keen attention to detail

Strong Analytical, planning and organizational skills

Ability to adjust and react quickly to changes and changing priorities

Must be passionate about driving results

Ability to motivate, engage and coach others to achieve business objectives
