Program Overview - Duration: 11 weeks, from June 2nd, 2025, to August 15th, 2025.
- Site visits to experience operations first-hand.
- Weekly IKE (Information Knowledge Exchange) sessions with senior executives.
- Skills development workshops.
- Engaging weekly coffee chats, including a special coffee session with the CEO.
- Final projects and presentations to showcase your learning.
- Engagement activities to foster connection and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and guide club operations, ensuring a high level of service.
- Collaborate with managers to foster team member engagement and offer coaching and mentorship.
- Analyze departmental performance using company reports and suggest strategies to enhance sales and performance.
- Ensure compliance with operational processes in critical areas such as receiving and human resources.
- Oversee customer service standards and ensure a positive shopping experience for all members.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and review budgets and financial performance.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of club policies and procedures.
Qualifications - Ability to work in person at a designated club location.
