Program Overview - Duration: 11 weeks, from June 2, 2025, to August 15, 2025.
- Site visits will be part of your experience.
- Weekly IKE (Information Knowledge Exchange) sessions with senior leadership will be held.
- Participate in skills workshops to enhance your abilities.
- Engage in weekly coffee chats and opportunities to meet the CEO.
- Conclude your internship with final projects and presentations.
- Enjoy various engagement activities throughout the program.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations - Provide leadership and direction within the club environment.
- Collaborate with fellow managers to enhance team member engagement and develop talent through coaching and feedback.
- Analyze departmental performance using company reporting and deliver recommendations to boost sales and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with operational processes in areas like receiving, asset control, human resources, and cash office functions.
- Continuously monitor and improve customer service levels, ensuring a positive experience for all members.
- Establish and uphold operational efficiencies and productivity standards, reviewing budgets and identifying profit opportunities.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of club policies and procedures across all areas of the business.
Qualifications - Must be available to work 100% in person at the designated club.
- Intent on pursuing a post-graduate career in retail management and operations.
- Exhibit a proactive attitude and readiness to learn hands-on.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various leaders and team members across departments.
