Responsibilities As an
Outfitter & Inventory Coordinator, you'll Outfit customers with everything they need to achieve their goals, as well as manage inventory tasks within your store. You'll work with the Purchasing and Operations Teams to receive inventory, prepare transfers, manage outgoing shipments, and complete other inventory tasks as needed. You will be responsible for ensuring that inventory is stocked in a timely manner and completing cycle counts as needed to ensure accuracy.
When you're not working on inventory tasks, you'll create an unmatched customer experience on the sales floor by engaging with customers and making personalized recommendations. You'll connect them with the best products and tools to meet their needs, while always going above and beyond. This is a permanent part-time position requiring 20-25 hours of work per week, depending on business needs.

- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Responsibilities- Receive daily shipments
- Prepare and process daily store transfers
- Manage store inventory and maintain accuracy
- Facilitate proper RMA Identification
- Enter purchase orders
- Fulfill E-Commerce orders
- Process returns from other Fleet Feet stores, E-Commerce orders/returns, and defective product
- Monitor and manage special orders and holds
- Facilitate staff Quarter Shoe distribution and records
- Assist customers on the sales floor as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Support all Fleet Feet initiatives, activities and functions

Compensation: $15 - $20 per hour
Additional Requirements: Hours of work may vary based on company requirements, but are expected to average 20-25 hours per week. Inventory Coordinator work will be completed on Monday and Thursday. One weekend shift per week required. Position requires moving around for periods of 2-4 hours without a rest break, task sequencing, and using point-of-sale computers. Position requires use of a boxcutter, moderate to heavy (10-30+lb) lifting and carrying, bending and reaching overhead may be required. Work environment includes substantial communication with customers, working in a retail environment with product displays and stockroom with inventory, and potentially slippery surfaces.
