- Oversee operations in the Dry, Disposables, Culinary Equipment Supplies (CES), and fresh departments as assigned by management.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring a visually appealing and profitable merchandise display.
- Assume Manager on Duty responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, including opening and closing the store.
Key Duties: - Manage inventory in assigned areas to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. Process daily orders as needed.
- Drive sales and maintain superior customer service through training, motivating, and developing staff.
- Ensure attractive product presentation and accurate pricing across departments.
- Perform various tasks including stocking shelves, setting up displays, processing sales, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Model and promote our cultural values within the team.
- Ensure the store environment is safe and welcoming for both staff and customers by adhering to safety protocols.
- Complete other duties as required by store management.
Relationships: - Interact effectively with employees at all levels within the company.
- Engage positively with all customers and service partners.
Supervision: - While direct supervision is not mandatory, you will be expected to monitor performance and provide real-time coaching to support your team in achieving goals.
Qualifications: - High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- 3 years of experience in retail, restaurant, or customer service settings is preferred, with supervisory or lead experience being a plus.
- Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for holidays and weekends, is a must.
- Competency with computers, including word processing and email applications, is required.

- Some tasks may involve using ladders or working at elevated heights, and temperatures may vary from -10 to 85 degrees.
