- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assist customers in-person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
- Build trustful relationships with wholesale and retail customers

Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years old
- Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship
- Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly and 70 lbs. occasionally
- Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED
- At least one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role
- Experience selling paint or paint-related products
- Previous operation of tinting and mixing equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, especially Spanish
