This is an exciting opportunity that plays a crucial role in the success of our retail environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the best solutions. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer concerns quickly and ensure maximum client satisfaction. Staying informed about product features and maintaining high-quality standards for merchandise will also be key responsibilities.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assist customers in-person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
  • Build trustful relationships with wholesale and retail customers
  • Process sales transactions accurately following policies and procedures
  • Meet store sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas
  • Stock shelves and assist with product displays
  • Clean store equipment and perform other maintenance tasks
  • Load/unload delivery trucks as needed
  • Stay updated on product offerings and options
  • Suggest ways to improve sales and customer experience
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years old
  • Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship
  • Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly and 70 lbs. occasionally
  • Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role
  • Experience selling paint or paint-related products
  • Previous operation of tinting and mixing equipment
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, especially Spanish
