As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, provide answers to their inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and suggest suitable solutions. Location: This role requires the individual to work at stores within a 20-mile radius of Store , located at: 1850 N. Memorial Dr., Lancaster, OH 43130.
Compensation: This is a full-time position with a hiring rate of $16.50/hr.
Your duties will involve direct contact with customers, including minors, and you will have access to cash and other valuable items. Consequently, a criminal history review will be conducted to safeguard the business, its operations, and the safety of customers and employees.

- Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
- Experience selling paint and related products.
- Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
- Fluency in more than one language is a plus.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish is preferred.
