This role is vital to the success of our retail operations. As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, provide answers to their inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the best solutions. Your primary aim will be to resolve customer concerns promptly and achieve the highest level of client satisfaction while staying informed about product features and maintaining the store's visual and quality standards.
Your responsibilities will involve direct contact with customers, including minors, as well as access to cash and other payment methods. Thus, a review of criminal history is necessary to ensure the safety of our customers, staff, and the general public.

Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work without requiring sponsorship.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Must be willing to work scheduled hours including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- At least one (1) year of experience in retail or customer service.
- Experience selling paint and related products.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
- Ability to communicate in more than one language is a plus.
- Proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
