This role is crucial to the success of our retail operations. Retail Customer Service Representatives engage closely with wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, answer inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the best solutions. You will be empowered to swiftly address customer concerns and ensure maximum satisfaction while staying informed about product features and maintaining the store's high quality and visual standards.
Your mission will be to deliver exceptional customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales targets.
Please note that this position involves interaction with customers, including minors; and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise, which may be supervised or unsupervised. Given this, a review of criminal history is required to protect the business, its reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, and the public.
The position requires working within a 20-mile radius of the store, located at 1905 State St, Camp Hill, PA.

- Stay updated on product knowledge to discuss options with customers.
- Comply with inventory control procedures.
- Propose ideas to improve sales effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
- Must be willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- At least one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
- Prior experience selling paint and related products.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
- Ability to communicate in more than one language is a plus.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish is an advantage.
