This role is vital to the success of our retail operations. As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, respond to inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend ideal solutions. Your primary focus will be on promptly addressing customer concerns and providing exceptional satisfaction, while also staying informed about product features and maintaining the store's visual and quality standards.
You will contribute to outstanding customer service while consistently striving to meet the store's sales goals.
Given this role involves interaction with customers, including minors, as well as access to cash and valuable items, a review of criminal history will be conducted to ensure the safety and security of our customers, staff, and operations.
The position requires working within a 30-mile radius of our store located at 3415 Pleasant Valley Blvd, Altoona, PA 16602.

Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Must be able to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- One year of experience in customer service, retail, or deliveries.
- Experience selling paint or related products.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
- Ability to communicate in more than one language is a plus, especially Spanish.
