Responsibilities of the Retail Customer Service Associate position:
- Interact and empower local homeowners by providing information regarding our premier home renovation and home improvement services through our direct, in-person approach
- Engage with customers on the value a renovation can bring to their family and home to establish trust and close sales
- Promptly build genuine and professional rapport with customers to connect them to our team of sales experts
- Attend regular in-person and video training sessions with our client and our internal leadership team
