- Provide exceptional customer service to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in-store and over the phone by understanding their needs and presenting appropriate products.
- Develop trust-based relationships with both wholesale and retail customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately in accordance with company policies.
- Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Maintain accurate work order records and product formulas.
- Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
- Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications.
- Restock shelves and create product displays.
- Keep store equipment clean and operational.
- Assist with delivery truck loading and unloading, and make deliveries as necessary.
- Ensure that assigned areas are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and communicate options effectively.
- Adhere to inventory control procedures.
- Propose strategies for improving sales performance.
Minimum Requirements: - Be at least 18 years old.
- Be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
- Hold a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without accommodation.
- Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED.
- One year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles.
- Experience selling paint and paint-related products.
- Knowledge of operating tinting and mixing equipment.
- Proficiency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is a plus.
