As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our wholesale and retail customers. You will engage with customers to identify their needs, answer inquiries regarding Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend tailored solutions. In addition to resolving customer concerns promptly, you will ensure client satisfaction and uphold the high quality and visual standards of our products and store.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering excellent sales service to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Interacting with customers, both in person and over the phone, to determine their needs and present suitable products.
- Building strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
- Accurately processing sales transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Aiming to meet and exceed store sales objectives on a regular basis.
- Maintaining organized work order files and formulas.
- Retrieving products from the sales floor or warehouse as required.
- Tinting and mixing products according to customer specifications.
- Stocking shelves and constructing appealing product displays.
- Cleaning and maintaining store equipment.
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of delivery trucks.
- Participating in deliveries when necessary.
- Keeping assigned areas in stock and visually appealing.
- Staying informed about product offerings and discussing available options with customers.
- Following inventory control procedures diligently.
- Contributing ideas to improve sales performance.
This position is part-time, and the selected candidate will work at Store , located at 663 W. Warner Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85233. Your commitment to providing a great customer experience will be key in helping us achieve our collective goals.
Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship in the future.
- Proficient in reading, writing, comprehending, and communicating in both English and Spanish.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications: - A High School diploma or GED is desirable.
- At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles is preferred.
- Experience in selling paint and paint-related products is a plus.
- Prior experience with tinting and mixing equipment is advantageous.
