- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying needs and presenting suitable products.
- Build effective trust-based relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
- Process transactions accurately and according to company policies.
- Achieve sales goals consistently on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
- Retrieve appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
- Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications as needed.
- Organize and stock shelves and set up displays.
- Clean store equipment and assist with deliveries as needed.
- Keep assigned areas well-stocked and presentable.
- Stay knowledgeable about available products and options for customers.
- Adhere to inventory control procedures and suggest sales improvement strategies.
Minimum Requirements: - At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently (70 lbs occasionally).
- Willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
- If currently employed by Sherwin-Williams, must have a meets expectations rating on the latest appraisal.
- Must have completed all mandated HR eLearning courses for your current position.
Preferred Qualifications: - Valid and unrestricted driver's license.
- High school diploma or GED.
- One year of experience in retail or customer service.
- Experience selling paint and related products.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages, including Spanish.
