Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
- Legally authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
- Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
- If currently employed at Sherwin-Williams, a meets expectations performance rating is required.
- Completion of HR Cloud eLearning courses relevant to your current position is mandatory for internal candidates.
Preferred Qualifications: - Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- High School diploma or GED.
- At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
- Previous experience selling paint and related products.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
- Ability to communicate in more than one language, including Spanish is a plus.
