Join our team as a critical member driving the success of our retail stores. As a Retail Customer Experience Specialist, you will closely engage with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer questions about our high-quality products, and provide tailored recommendations. Your role will involve resolving customer concerns promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction and keeping up with product features and standards.

Your contributions will directly impact our ability to provide exceptional customer service while achieving our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service.
  • Help customers in person and over the phone by assessing their needs and suggesting suitable products and services.
  • Establish and maintain trustful relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
  • Accurately process sales transactions following company policies and procedures.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
  • Retrieve and inventory appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
  • Tint and mix products as per customer specifications.
  • Restock shelves and arrange displays.
  • Clean and maintain store equipment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
  • Participate in deliveries as required.
  • Keep assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and articulate available options.
  • Adhere to inventory control procedures.
  • Offer suggestions to enhance sales.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
  • Must be legally authorized to work without needing sponsorship for visa status now or in the future.
  • Able to retrieve materials and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • A High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Previous experience selling paint or paint-related products.
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in more than one language, especially Spanish.
