This is a Full-Time job with a starting pay of $18/hr or based on relevant experience.
As a Retail Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the success of our retail stores. You will collaborate closely with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs and answer any inquiries regarding Sherwin-Williams products while recommending the most suitable solutions. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring maximum satisfaction, and keeping abreast of product features to uphold the high-quality standards of our merchandise and store environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and achieving store sales goals.
- Interacting with customers, including minors, and handling cash and electronic payment methods.
- Maintaining security and confidentiality of customer information and merchandise.
- Building trust and productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
- Processing accurate sales transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Handling inventory control procedures and making suggestions for improving sales.

Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must legally be authorized to work in the country without needing visa sponsorship.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Must lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be available to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- One year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service.
- Previous experience in selling paint and related products.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
- Ability to communicate in more than one language, especially Spanish.
