POSITION SUMMARY: Provides coordination for major branch activities of delivering strong customer sales and service, insuring compliance with corporate operational policies and procedures and providing workflow direction to branch staff. Communication of corporate policy and procedure to branch staff is an essential requirement of this position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Under the direction and supervision of the Branch President and assist the Branch President in performing management duties.
2. Approval authority with wires, Cashier's Checks and cashing checks.
3. Assists the Branch President with employee reviews and interviews.
4. Schedules and assigns work to branch staff and conducts some branch training, including branch coverage when needed and appropriate.
5. Reinforces standards for sales and services as well as motivate and coach branch staff.
6. Responds to employee questions, concerns and complaints.
7. Coordinates operational activities within the branch to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory requirements and corporate policy and procedures.
8. Works with Corporate Coordinator and Branch/Market President.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Three (3) to five (5) years experience in operations, customer service and/or human resources activities. Minimum of two (2) years leadership or experience.
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & TRAINING:
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
