THE ROLE
Become the Face of Our Brand. As our 'Rider Specialist', you will be the go-to expert for all things electric. Your responsibilities include greeting customers with a friendly smile, providing exceptional technical support, promoting our innovative rental options, processing rental agreements efficiently, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to positive store operations. You will also promote our brand's commitment to innovation and sustainability. We seek someone passionate about technology, with a knack for problem-solving and a love for interacting with people.
Customer Champion: Put the rider first and go the extra mile. Provide exceptional customer service, advise on the perfect electric vehicle, and ensure seamless rentals and lease agreements.
Sales Superstar: Drive revenue and meet targets by effectively promoting our products and upselling rental plans tailored to each customer.
Problem Solver: Resolve customer issues quickly and ensure positive resolutions.
Operational Maestro: Support store operations, including inventory management, fleet management, and visual merchandising.
Team Player: Collaborate on brand initiatives, partner activations, and promotional campaigns.
Brand Ambassador: Promote the brand's values and mission to customers and colleagues.
Mad Hustler: Solve problems on the fly and thrive on new challenges every day.
