Your key responsibilities include: - Assisting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store.
- Supporting hiring, supervising, and training a motivated staff.
- Maintaining high standards of service and ensuring fast, friendly customer interactions.
- Executing our high-quality food program with care and attention.
- Exhibiting a strong sense of leadership, urgency, and patience at all times.

Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in retail and supervision/management.
- Skills in recruiting, hiring, and interviewing.
- Background in food handling.
- High School Diploma or College Degree(s).
Physical Requirements: - Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
- Lifting and/or carrying up to 30 pounds for short durations.
- Occasionally lifting and/or carrying up to 60 pounds.
- Push/pull with a force of up to 20 pounds.
- Bending and twisting with some frequency.
- Manual dexterity for handling various objects.
