Job Description Pilot Flying J is seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to lead our busy retail facilities. As a pivotal member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans aimed at achieving sales, profit, and customer satisfaction objectives.
We are looking for candidates who may be open to relocation in the next 2-3 years.
Your role as a Retail Assistant Manager will include:
- Ensuring exceptional customer service to meet and exceed guest expectations
- Conducting productive meetings with team members to foster a collaborative work environment
- Building and maintaining effective vendor relationships
Additional responsibilities involve:

Compensation: Pay rates start from $41,700.00 - $60,460.00 annually.

Key qualifications include:
