A top restoration company is looking for a Contents Division Manager.
The ideal candidate will have Contents and Restoration background.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role over contents cleaning and restoration working on both residential and commercial projects.
• Minimum of 2 year of experience working directly with clients and adjusters.
• Experience cleaning contents impacted by fire, smoke, water, and microbial growth, and knowledge of best practices for each category of loss.
• Experience scoping and estimating contents projects for timelines.
• Experience & ability operating technology; computers, smart phones, tablets, project management software. Preference will be given to those with experience in Xactimate, Encircle, and any CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of content technicians
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
- Drive revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Oversee the daily operations of the department, including job management, workflow efficiency, and team performance.
- Identify and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance performance and job satisfaction.
