Our rapidly growing restoration company has expanded into multiple new markets over the past two years, and we're excited to continue this momentum. We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive growth by building strong professional relationships, identifying new opportunities, and turning leads into long-term business partnerships.


Role Overview:

The Business Development Specialist will analyze market trends, identify target clients, and establish relationships with key referral sources such as insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, realtors, and commercial partners. This role requires a proactive approach to networking, client acquisition, and account management to support our company's ongoing expansion.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade partners to encourage repeat business.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the restoration industry.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations weekly to expand brand awareness.
  • Cross-sell services to existing clients to maximize business growth.
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure seamless follow-up with prospects and clients.


  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Ability to bring an established book of business is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to generate leads.
  • Knowledge of the restoration and construction industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid unrestricted driver's license.

Work Environment:
