Your Role:

As a Shift Supervisor, you will train for a leadership role in the restaurant, ensuring operations run smoothly in the absence of the Senior/General Manager. You will focus on maintaining high standards in service, quality, and cleanliness while aiming for profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise shifts, ensuring company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness are met.
  • Train and develop crew members under management guidance.
  • Foster a harmonious working relationship with both management and crew.
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings to cover operational procedures, safety, and promotions.
  • Manage labor costs and control inventory effectively.
  • Maintain reports and records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Oversee cash handling and bank deposits during your shift.
  • Ensure adherence to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies.
  • Exhibit professionalism in appearance and conduct.
What You Need:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 1 year of shift management experience preferred
  • Ability to lead, recognize, and train successful talent
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen
  • Valid Driver's License preferred, but not required
  • Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Reliable, cheerful, and positive attitude
  • Genuine passion for serving and helping others
