Position Overview: As a Shift Supervisor, you will train and prepare to operate the restaurant in the absence of senior management, focusing on achieving sales growth while upholding quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
Primary Responsibilities: - Oversee shifts ensuring adherence to company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Train and develop crew members under management guidance.
- Foster a collaborative relationship with both management and team members.
- Conduct pre-shift crew meetings on operational procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
- Manage labor costs and control inventory to meet company standards.
- Maintain accurate reports and records in compliance with regulations.
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of all equipment and the restaurant.
- Handle cash responsibly during your shift and follow cash handling procedures.
- Exhibit professionalism in appearance and behavior at all times.
- Enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Embody and promote our company's vision and values with every interaction.
Qualifications: - Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must meet physical demands of the role.
- 1 year of experience in shift management.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Consistent, reliable, cheerful, and positive attitude.
