Your Role: As a Restaurant Shift Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise shifts and ensure that we meet the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Train, motivate, and develop crew members under management's guidance.
- Maintain positive working relationships with all team members and assist crew members with their duties when necessary.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
- Manage labor costs to align with company goals.
- Control inventory following company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate reports in compliance with regulations.
- Ensure the restaurant and equipment are in top condition through proper maintenance procedures.
- Handle cash and banking deposits responsibly, adhering to cash management policies.
- Uphold professional appearance and standards of conduct.
- Recognize and enforce HR, safety, and security policies to maintain a safe work environment.
What Will You Need? - Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the role.
- A year of shift management experience is required.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to train others.
- A background check and drug screening are mandatory.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
- A positive attitude and a love for teamwork and serving others.
- Consistency and reliability are essential.
