Your Role:

As a Restaurant Shift Supervisor, you will:

  1. Supervise shifts and ensure that we meet the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
  2. Train, motivate, and develop crew members under management's guidance.
  3. Maintain positive working relationships with all team members and assist crew members with their duties when necessary.
  4. Conduct pre-shift meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
  5. Manage labor costs to align with company goals.
  6. Control inventory following company guidelines.
  7. Maintain accurate reports in compliance with regulations.
  8. Ensure the restaurant and equipment are in top condition through proper maintenance procedures.
  9. Handle cash and banking deposits responsibly, adhering to cash management policies.
  10. Uphold professional appearance and standards of conduct.
  11. Recognize and enforce HR, safety, and security policies to maintain a safe work environment.
What Will You Need?
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Physical ability to meet the demands of the role.
  • A year of shift management experience is required.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to train others.
  • A background check and drug screening are mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license is preferred.
  • A positive attitude and a love for teamwork and serving others.
  • Consistency and reliability are essential.
