As a restaurant shift leader, you will: - Provide top-notch service to every customer. After all, that's why we're here.
- Communicate restaurant sales goals and motivate staff to exceed shift goals.
- Assist in maintaining a clean store - to include taking out trash, sweeping, and mopping.
- Practice all rules for safety, food handling, and cash security.
- Model proper behavior and upselling to restaurant team members.
Here's what we're looking for: - A can-do attitude and customer service-driven personality.
- 1+ years' food service experience. Cash handling is a plus.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule.
- A results-driven individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
