Join us at SSP America as we serve a variety of restaurants within the Detroit Metro Wayne County Airport, featuring beloved establishments such as Max & Erma's, Coffee Beanery, Chili's, Andiamo, Sora, Corridor, and more.
As a Restaurant Server, you will:
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and making food and beverage recommendations.
- Efficiently input orders using our POS system.
- Help prepare dishes for service, including ladling soup, tossing salads, slicing desserts, and brewing coffee.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests promptly.
- Clear tables after guests have finished their meals.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, balancing assigned checks.
- Reset tables and counters after each course.
