About the Company:
The Catching Group is a Hospitality Management Group based in Miami, FL, and it owns and manages two full-service restaurant brands: 107 Taste and Cajun Boil. Both brands operate in several locations in the Greater Miami area.
107 Taste is an Asian restaurant offering authentic Asian food with five locations. 107 Taste Miami Lakes is seeking a Server to become an integral part of our team. Our working environment is positive and productive, and our staff is easygoing and fun to work with.

Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Explain menu items to guests and provide recommendations as needed.
- Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome throughout their visit.
- Respond to guest inquiries and special requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Clean and prepare dining areas before, during, and after service.
- Assist with other restaurant duties as needed to support smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the restaurant, customer service, food service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with guests
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
