We are seeking an experienced server to be the face of our restaurant and ensure our customers have an exceptional experience. Responsibilities include keeping tables clean and tidy, presenting menus, and serving food and beverages. The ideal candidate will be quick on their feet and possess a friendly, polite attitude. If you enjoy engaging with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities:- Prepare restaurant tables with attention to sanitation and organization.
- Greet and attend to customers upon their arrival.
- Present menus and assist customers in selecting food and beverages.
- Take and serve orders efficiently.
- Answer customer questions and offer recommendations for complementary products.
- Collaborate with other servers, kitchen, and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Address customer complaints or issues with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
- Issue bills and process payments.
Requirements and Skills:- Proven experience in restaurant serving or waitstaff roles.
- Hands-on experience with cashier duties.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and safety.
- Patience and a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
- Responsible and trustworthy.
- High school diploma is a plus but not required.
