Restaurant Servers to join our growing team. As part of the Pizza Loves Emily Restaurant Group, Emmy Squared Pizza is a full-service, upscale casual restaurant serving a delicious menu of Detroit-style pizza, award-winning burgers, and sandwiches. With over 20 locations nationwide, including New York City, Philadelphia, Washington D.C.,Charlotte, Atlanta, Louisville, Nashville and more.

Key Responsibilities: - Provide courteous, prompt service to all guests.
- Adhere to Emmy Squared Steps of Service.
- Accurately enter guest orders into the Toast POS system.
- Demonstrate full knowledge of menu and beverage offerings.
- Personalize the guest experience by anticipating needs and offering thoughtful recommendations.
- Communicate guest requests, including dietary restrictions, to culinary staff.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Maintain a positive and outgoing demeanor throughout service.
- Promote a safe work environment for guests and co-workers.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of serving experience in a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong customer service, cash handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Passion for hospitality and the food & beverage industry.
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Frequent bending, reaching overhead, and twisting required.
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods.
