Regional Manager - San Jose, CA

Up to $130,000 + Bonus Nationally Recognized Restaurant Group


We are seeking a passionate and experienced Regional Manager to lead multi-unit kitchen operations across the San Francisco Bay Area for a fast-growing, delivery-first restaurant brand known for its clean food and innovative approach. This role combines operational leadership, team development, and expansion strategy to maintain excellence and consistency across all kitchen locations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee kitchen operations at multiple sites, ensuring consistency in quality, safety, and execution.
  • Set and uphold high standards for food preparation, ingredient sourcing, and cleanliness.
  • Support new store openings and assist with scaling operations without compromising brand standards.
  • Develop and mentor high-performing teams across locations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage budgets, purchasing, inventory, and cost controls across the region.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of high-volume kitchen management experience, including 3+ years in a multi-unit leadership role.
  • Proven experience with scaling operations and opening new locations.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for clean, high-quality food and strong knowledge of sourcing best practices.
