Our high-volume restaurant is looking for a dynamic and flexible leader who can provide our diners with an exceptional experience. As a restaurant general manager, you are responsible for creating a plan that maximizes our financial and operational goals. You will be able to recruit, hire, and train a staff who is passionate about delivering great customer service. The general manager needs to ensure that the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations. Our ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience managing a restaurant or a similar role in the customer service industry. If this describes you, please start your application right away. Responsibilities:
• Manage appropriate inventory levels of food and dining products and plan accurately for forecasted sales trends
• Assures all products and services are consistent with company quality standards
• Aim to provide the best possible dining experience for all of our customers
• Conduct performance reviews with team members and consistently hold them accountable through performance management
• Prepare a thorough business strategy for the restaurant, taking into account the local market, the competition, revenue, and costs Qualifications:
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED
• Possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, strongly desired
• Must have previous experience in food service managing food inventory levels, operating costs, and budgets
• Previous management or supervisory experience of 2-3 years is required, preferably in the restaurant industry Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 yearly

$55,000-$60,000 per year
