We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our Chick-fil-A team.
Full time - available for any shifts.
Lead to oversee and enhance our operational excellence processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all sales channels.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations management, possess strong leadership skills, and be capable of driving initiatives to optimize performance.
This role will involve managing day-to-day operations for front of the house, but career opportunity to expand into full restaurant management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies that drive overall productivity and performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on excellence and continuous improvement, and utilizing our Core 4 to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Back of House - experience in BOH is an added value.
- Training and Development: Develop training programs for team members to enhance skills, promote career growth, and support the achievement of company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hustle mentality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
