Your Responsibilities: - Oversee restaurant operations in the absence of the Senior/General Manager.
- Join our team in achieving sales growth while maintaining the highest quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
- Recruit, interview, and hire qualified staff while complying with regulations.
- Create schedules that align with guest flow and manage labor costs effectively.
- Train and develop crew members under the guidance of your Senior/General Manager.
- Foster a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with your team.
- Lead crew and management meetings to discuss operations, training, and safety practices.
- Maintain adequate inventory to meet operational needs while controlling food costs.
- Accurately maintain reports and records adhering to company standards.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of building and equipment.
- Handle cash according to company procedures, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Follow all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure compliance.
- Demonstrate Boddie-Noell's Vision and Values at all times.
Requirements: - Must be 18 years or older.
- Physical capability to fulfill job demands.
- Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team development.
- At least 2 years of management experience.
- Availability for all shifts and weekends.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- A valid driver's license.
- Strong conflict-resolution skills.
- Dependable, cheerful, and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for serving and helping others.
