Job Description

Pilot Flying J is on the lookout for experienced and highly skilled Restaurant Operations Managers to oversee our busy quick-service restaurants. Applicants must be willing to relocate.

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial and operational success of the restaurant through the following responsibilities:
  • Delivering outstanding hospitality and guest service
  • Fostering a positive and engaging work environment for team members
  • Executing efficient Human Resource practices
  • Conducting thorough P&L analyses
  • Managing and controlling inventory effectively
Compensation starts between $20.00 - $31.50 per hour, in addition to opportunities for monthly incentives.

Qualifications

To thrive as a Restaurant Operations Manager, exceptional leadership and customer service skills are essential, along with a strong sense of integrity and accountability.

Additional qualifications include:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service sectors, with a track record of financial accountability
  • Proven ability in managing high-volume retail operations with responsibility for P&L
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
