Your Role as a Store Manager: You will oversee the operations of a single store, which includes hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial objectives while ensuring guests receive outstanding experiences. - Willingness to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Food Safety: Serve Safe certification is a must

You will be required to stand for extended periods, prepare both hot and cold foods, and handle kitchen equipment like knives safely. The position involves lifting up to 50 lbs. and reaching across counters that are approximately 36 inches high. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen with high noise levels and limited storage space, requiring effective communication, adaptability to change, and conflict management skills.
