Your Role at Raising Cane's: As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will play a key role in assisting the Restaurant Leader with daily operations and ensuring that Raising Cane's exceptional standards are met. You will oversee shift operations to guarantee a stellar customer experience.
Your Responsibilities Include: - Overseeing all restaurant operations during your shift
- Managing cash handling and accountability
- Enforcing Raising Cane's policies and maintaining operational standards
- Using various tools to document results and take necessary corrective actions
- Leading and directing crewmembers while providing outstanding customer service
- Ensuring restaurant cleanliness and that everything is in good working order
- Completing additional duties as assigned
Qualifications for Success: - Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage dynamic work priorities
- Self-motivated, energetic, and a strong communicator
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to implement effective solutions
- Knowledgeable in staffing, scheduling, and cost management

- Willing to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
- Must complete all mandatory training programs
- 1+ years of experience in restaurant or retail management
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
