DRG is seeking a Dynamic and Experienced Leader ready to grow with a fast-paced company. Our Operations Manager serves as a key leader, dedicated to building a high-performing team through effective training and development, while providing clear direction and motivating both individual and team success. This role encompasses recruiting, training, management, P&L oversight, and the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring top-notch customer service, high-quality food, staff development, food safety, cleanliness, and robust profitability. Additionally, the Operations Manager will foster open communication, act as a liaison with other leadership, and promote the company's culture and values.

Are you Qualified?
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Education: High School Diploma.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years in the restaurant industry with proven leadership skills.
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
  • Must maintain a current Health Card per state or local regulations.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Pass a Criminal Background Check including MVR.
  • Must complete and pass the SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
  • This position has an expected 50-hour work week.
  • Open availability is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
