Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of 8 full-service restaurant locations to ensure consistency, quality, and profitability
  • Provide strategic leadership to general managers and support staff at each location
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all restaurants
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing, promotions, and operational efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
  • Recruit, train, and develop management teams and key staff at each location
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Implement and monitor operational policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Ensure inventory and supply chain processes are streamlined and cost-effective
  • Oversee food quality, menu consistency, and vendor relationships in coordination with culinary leadership
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, morale, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in all areas of operations
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational goals with company objectives
  • Manage labor costs, scheduling, and staffing needs across all locations
  • Use performance metrics and data analytics to drive operational decisions and accountability
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in full-service restaurant management, including multi-unit oversight
  • Proven success in managing operations across multiple locations (multi-unit or regional management experience required)
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, HR, finance, and guest service
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Solid knowledge of food safety regulations, labor laws, and industry compliance standards
  • Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency with POS systems, inventory software, and basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to travel regularly between locations and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
  • ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
