What Were Looking For:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a full-service, scratch kitchen environment.
A passion for quality food and exceptional guest service.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Dedication to maintaining a positive and professional kitchen culture.
Your Role:
Kitchen Manager: Oversee daily kitchen operations, manage food quality, control costs, and lead culinary staff.
Assistant Manager: Support front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensure excellent guest experiences, and assist in staff training and development.
