Restaurant Manager Compensation: - Excellent Quality of Life 45-50 hours
- Base salary to 65k plus bonus

Restaurant Manager Roles and Responsibilities: Guest Experience - Coach teammates and managers on delivering an outstanding guest experience.
- Guide teammates and managers in anticipating, identifying, and resolving guest concerns.
- Ensure teammates understand how their actions impact guest satisfaction and business results.
- Actively interact with guests, solicit feedback, and address concerns promptly.
- Oversee restaurant facility quality, working with vendors and the Director to address maintenance needs.
Operations Leadership - Model expected behaviors and standards for managers and teammates.
- Teach and reinforce company values and culture.
- Train and implement new menu items and operational standards.
- Write schedules for staff and assist the GM with manager scheduling.
- Motivate and coach managers and teammates to achieve operational excellence.
- Provide constructive performance feedback and collaborate with HR and the Director on progressive disciplinary actions.
- Develop leadership skills in self and team members.
Financial Performance - Support GM in creating financial plans and communicating strategy to the team.
- Drive sales growth and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Assist in labor forecasting and cost control.
- Ensure budget adherence and overall restaurant profitability.
- Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to grow the business.
- Perform administrative duties to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
Requirements: - Experience: Previous restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant with a full bar.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Windows, POS systems, and other computer applications.
- Leadership: Ability to engage, develop, and coach team members while upholding company policies.
- Passion for Hospitality: Commitment to creating exceptional guest and employee experiences.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Business Acumen: Proven ability to grow a team, cultivate talent, and successfully manage a multi-million-dollar restaurant.
