POSITION PURPOSE AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS To coordinate the activities of the outlet staff to deliver quality products and services to restaurant customers. This includes supervising and directing the activities of various Food & Beverage Outlets from quick-service to casual dining.
Responsibilities - Manage restaurant operations under the guidance of the Director
- Purchasing, inventory control, budgeting, maintaining costs, controlling labor, scheduling, safety, and sanitation
- Identify the root cause of issues while being self-reflective and holding yourself accountable
- Influence employee behaviors by championing change and restaurant initiatives
- Hire, train, retain, and develop employees so that our guests have a wonderful experience
