About the Role

The General Manager provides strategic leadership and support to Unit Managers, Chefs, and restaurant staff, ensuring seamless daily operations. Reporting to the General Manager and Airport Operations Manager, you will oversee business functions, drive team performance, and create a positive guest experience.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications
  • Experience: 2-4 years of general management in casual dining with a full-service bar.
  • Team Leadership: Proven ability to supervise, mentor, and inspire employees to excel.
  • Business Acumen: Strong P&L management skills and a growth-focused mindset.
  • Operational Excellence: Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, alcohol regulations, and security procedures.
  • Effective Communication: Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.
  • Decision-Making & Delegation: Ability to assess challenges, make informed decisions, and ensure accountability.
  • Guest-Focused Approach: Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on increasing sales and enhancing customer experience.
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Utilize training tools to ensure employee confidence and success.
  • Implement systems and processes that drive operational efficiency.
  • Oversee both organic and paid marketing strategies to boost sales.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Engage in active leadership, standing, reaching, and bending as required during shifts.
