Restaurant Manager Qualifications - Experience: 2-4 years of general management in casual dining with a full-service bar.
- Team Leadership: Proven ability to supervise, mentor, and inspire employees to excel.
- Business Acumen: Strong P&L management skills and a growth-focused mindset.
- Operational Excellence: Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, alcohol regulations, and security procedures.
