• Restaurant Manager for Goodwood Restaurant & Brewery. Responsible to interview, select, train, supervise, counsel discipline staff.
• Institute on-going training programs for making sure that the highest quality service standards are being obtained
• Maintain rapport with all departments attend relevant meetings
• Responsible to monitor as well as take action to make sure food quality service standards are met
• Responsible to give guidance towards improvements make necessary adjustments for consistency
• Maintain profitability to support overall operation
• Control payroll as well as equipment costs; minimizing loss misuse
• Evaluate cost effectiveness of all aspects of operation
• Develop as well as implement cost saving profit enhancing measures
• Responsible to create forecast as well as revenue reports
• Write correspondence
